Any way to get the person details from phone number??

I had bought few paytm flight coupons for DD for personal use, but I could not use last 2 since the plan got cancelled. One guy messaged me asking on whatsapp for the coupon. He bought one coupon and paid. 2 days later, he asked for the coupon, took and didn’t paid. After messaging for 10-15 days, he blocked me on whatsapp.
I have only his number. Is the any way to get his or booking details where he used the coupon?

Always try to chat in WhatsApp , plus check that number in Truecaller too.
