Any way to pay water bill with apay balance?

I have around 17k water bill to be paid for delhi jal board and have around 32k in my apay balance. But amazon is not letting me use balance to pay the bill saying that I'm surpassing limits. Any way to utilise the balance to pay the bill?

Bro, apay has the option but i can't pay via it, i dont know cred, apay and every other app except paytm shows my bill account number incorrect (i mean for my neighbour too).

So only option left is either vendor website or paytm so i pay via paytm

If they allow to change the amount, try with 9999. It's working for me for the electricity bill payment where they are not able to fetch the exact bill. You can pay multiple times.

You can make bill payments using your Amazon Pay balance, Net banking, credit/debit card and UPI.

However, please note following points on payment method for electricity, gas, water, municipal tax, landline and mobile postpaid.

Transaction Amount: For orders amounts of Rs.15,000 and above, only Amazon Pay UPI is supported.
Number of Orders: From your 6th or higher transaction in a calendar month on the respective bill payment category, only Amazon Pay UPI is supported.
