my iphone6 is in excellent working conditions , not able to load many apps now due to ios13 restriction .. apple officially doesnt support ios 13 in iphone6 ,, any way to get it forced install ?

Nope. There isn’t any such firmware for that model and even if one exists, it would require to be verified from apple’s server during installation.
