Any working entropay alternative? (now that citibank has blocked it)

So for random international sites, instead of using my citi debit/ or credit cards, I used to recharge Entropay and use the virtual card details for the purchase.
Its been a while and I tried recharging recently and its no more working with a popup that entropay is deemed as gambling site as per indian govt rules or so. eff it anyways.
So I jus want to know whats the next best virtual card available + & most importantly not blocked by our banks.

huh.. bancore aint seem to be available for our country yet! tQ. ‘US Unlocked’ seems to be fair choice among the available lot of payoneer, Okpay etc., It boasts to support spotify monthly recurring too!
On a side note :
Whats the benefit of using Entropy as against any India Bank issues CC ?
well for me its keeping my original card details safeside when you go on rampaging random international website payments. for sites such as amazon (local or US) I hav my Citi CC as default payment style bcoz they are trustworthy but the other day I wanted to make a payment on luckyvitamin and out of my habit(good or bad), tried to use my entropay and am not able to recharge.
On a side note, I am not able to use paypal too for Upwork or ebay.com (linked to Citi DC+CC both)

Well there was bancore(not sure if it is still available) but entropay is best. If you have icici bank credit/debit card then use it. Its working.
