Anybody Ordered Yu ace During BBD ? suggest any custom rom or launcher

So i have a yu ace which literally sucks because of its inbuilt steroid launcher which hogs on the ram & makes it so sluggish and the bloatware it brings is a pain in the ass , so is there anyone using a good launcher or custom rom ??
PS – this is my backup phone
