I was infected with Covid but have recovered. The worst thing is post Covid effects which may last for months. Research is still ongoing.

Fatigue and body pain creeps in any time and it screws up my routine. I am normal for 2 days and the third day I am lying on the bed whole day with zero energy. The next day I am all ok again. This keeps on happening and it’s getting on my nerves now.

Please suggest or share your post Covid experience.

@mihir2812711 As you mentioned the research is on. My brother has recovered but he too keeps on having headaches. Doctors suggest increasing intake of Zinc, Vitamins (C & D specially).
Mausambi Juice
Amla – in any form
Lemon
Coconut Water

You can also take supplements along with these natural items as suggested by your doctor.

@mihir2812711 And Munakka/Abjosh with Golden Milk. Some doctors suggest avoiding nuts like almonds, cashews at this point of time and suggest munakka/abjosh instead.

No the big ones with seeds. That is said to have different effect than raisins. I maybe wrong though but doctors suggest big ones specifically.

Whats your Age, Weight and health status

I am in late 20s. Fairly moderate and I don’t remember my weight which I did before lockdown.

Recovery depends on severity of symptoms. People with ‘moderate’ symptoms may take weeks for recovery as opposed to one with ‘mild’ symptoms. It’s an ongoing research with effects being studied in different countries.

https://www.houstonmethodist.org/blog/articles/...

Journalist Richard Quest shares his experience – https://www.google.com/amp/s/amp.cnn.com/cnn/20...

It’s important to take Vitamin D supplement along with anti oxidants & immunity boosters like Amla. Do breathing exercises to strengthen chest muscles in addition to moderate level of other exercises depending on your condition.

Best wishes to you & others for complete recovery.

First symptom was sore throat and loss of taste and smell (which I noticed after 2 days). Fever started from 6th day and lasted till15th day.

Have done every trick in the text book.

But this has resulted in a sense of mental fatigue borderline frustration due to inability to do anything and just continue to feel helpless with a half dead body.

Please consume zinc and Vitamin C.

In case of covid symptoms. Get HCQS and Azithromycin presicribed. This is the corona killer cocktail. My family had it and everyone is safe.

I have two questions, would be helpful if you can answer.

a) Can you specifically mention what vitamins do you take on a regular basis by name. Have you added anything out of the ordinary in your daily diet like Munakka etc

b) You advised to buy oximeter & a thermal scanner, which one do you own (brand). Also do they give you accurate readings, in the means of spO2 level & temperature.

I hope you have a speedy recovery.

Azithromycin is available all over and is used frequently for bronchitis & tonsillitis. Dosage may depend on illness though 500mg is prescribed often. Use after consultation with doctor but handy to have in home during this pandemic.
