All transactions are failing when i am trying to make payment via credit card

Do only 5k txn a momth from only sibgle account orelse get blocked
You mean 5k amazon gv per month from a single acc because otherwise 5k limit is too low to be considered as misuse.

What is the benefit of using smartbuy for shopping? 5% cashback or anything more than that?
Failed transaction of more than 2k on payzapp first time using cc.
Yes i did it one month when 10% discount was going on amazon gv
How much you spent, 10-15k should be alright assuming 5k GVs from 3 accounts or 2.5k GVs from 6 accounts.

They blocked cards which was used on multiple gyftr sites.you may have to reach out to cc via email and have to send govt I’d proof to unblock.I had to do the same

I’m facing same issue with my debit card. It’s not going to payment page it’s redirecting back ti Smartbuy. Had used it on 3 accounts during sales.
My cc is working fine.
Anything we can do to resolve this?

Seems your card blocked for transactions on hdfc smart buy. Try with PayZapp card.
