anyone having paygyftr card ?
I am not able to use my physical of digital card from paygyftr app.
TRANSACTION declined message is what is coming both online and offline POS transactions . Same case with ATM withdrawals .
Having few thousand wallet money . Do anyone know which websites I can use this digital card on ?
It is a prepaid card .

All federal bank issue wallet closed, dnt know about PayGyft.
As per them their physical card allow ATM withdrawal and POS transactions .
Sent them email and got the reply as follows
We can see that you have done a few transactions before.
If you reset PIN multiples times it can create an issue. So we suggest that reset PIN and wait for the SMS instead of resetting it again immediately.
Your physical card can be used for both online and offline transactions and as per our record, it shows as active only.
Some terminals/websites prepaid cards may not work. So we suggest that you should give us proper information to investigate with the bank on this issue.
Please share these details on such failed transactions
1) Merchant site/Name
2) Amount Tried
3) Error Screenshot/Image
4) Date and Time
For online transactions, the PIN is not required and it sends an OTP to your mobile.
Please share the above details for future tried transactions so that we will share with the bank and check the issue
Every time I change pin through SMS only . when you click on rest pin, you get a sms with pin . they are asking me to wait for SMS .
Tried on Amazon . It does not take the card after I enter the card details , it does not add this card to my saved card list
Tried on Ola Top Up , MagicPin Amazon GV buying, Mobikwik topup , Freecharge Top up . YesBank Top up , nothing works .
Amazon not allowed Prepaid cards for gift voucher purchase or AmazonPay wallet topup.
use on Amazon shopping (Buy any amazon product).
PayGyft – We are discussing with alternate banking partners to come out with better solution for this.
Have you contacted them ? 
if any wallet issued by fadreel bank..dont invest your money…its scam going under faddrel bank
