Add money using cc (earn rewards)
Buy pineperk cards from wohoo using amex blue (effective 2% sc used, out of which 1% goes to wohoo and 1% as money in pp card)
Pay cc bill using same pp using ccpay (get that 1% back which went to wohoo)
Some long ans hectic, risky process.
