It's a Buffet restuarant... so unlimited food, as much as you can eat. Though they might try to stuff you with cheap stuff like roasted corn, potato etc. and or cake if it's your Birthday.
If you ask me about quality, most of the items are very good. But they tend to make things little bland for my taste. Though you can ask them to make things spicy. Never had a bad experience in terms of staff behaviour,yet. Ask them whatever you might.
If you are not there for just the food but the total experience, you can even ask them for kitchen tour, they may or may not oblige according to the situation. You can take pictures and there in the hot kitchen while chefs are cooking delicious food on open flame and see for yourself what kind of set-up they have there.
My option is if you are a vegetarian the options are good but very limited.
If you want to know what items they have for the day for that specific BBQ Nation outlet you check their website or app.
They serve some ala carte items like Alcoholic beverages.
