Not using car insurance from ACKO. We have been buying car insurance from New India Assurance co from last 4-5 year. Never had any issue regarding approving the claim.
So hits and dents every year? 
I got it recently, heard they are good. Amazon has invested around $15m into this co.

Acko two wheeler insurance I have
I renewed my car insurance last month. Considered Acko insurance but did not opt for it since there was no credible data available online to figure out how good they are when it comes to claims. You can see a lot of positive reviews about Acko online but most reviews appears fake. I didn’t want to take a chance hence opted for New India assurance through Policybazaar.
So finally renewed the insurance from ACKO nd paid via Amazon Pay… Cheapest prices from everywhere
Always buy car insurance from government insurance company. Don’t go private
Bought ACKO an year back, now renewing it. My friend bought nil dip from ACKO. So far the experience has been very good.

I have Acko. No problem so far. Best support service. Waiting for a survey fory car for a claim as I am typing this message. Main problem is at service centre end. They inflate the bill so much.

I also took acko insurance, only because you can pay by Amazon pay. No claims yet.
I also bought acko general insurance few months back,it was cheapest so I selected this company,only issue is it’s not cashless.
I asked car garage where I had twice claimed insurance last year,they said it’s good company but not cashless,u need to pay repairing charges to garage owner than company will put money in your bank account.This year I myself have not claimed with this company.
