HAS TO BE IN MUMBAI. Since amount is large, everything has to happen immediately and in front of each other.

Just for Rs500 you are taking very high risk, even if the deal happens in front of you
What would you do if DCB account holder denies to pay your CC bill, after your 107K transfer. Does not matter you are face2face.
Even if you know all his/her details, literally u can do nothing!

Lol, tbe ones who have the card have 3-4 accounts each and all are fully utilized each month
