They handle it. Hence the price is a bit higher compared to Aliexpress.

Officially AliExpress is not shopping to India but you can bypass AliExpress platform & directly communicate with the seller. The seller will ask for payment via PayPal. It's risky try at your own risks. I have imported several small value item this way no custom were charged & the seller was genuine.

India direct mail & Register air parcel with tracking details. You have to ask the seller to ship parcels with tracking details.
