Today I got a message, Status of the A/C XXXXXXXXXX7 has been changed to ACCOUNT CLOSED TODAY.- Equitas Bank
They have debited my balance also, later i checked on X, many people posted over there about same issue.
Any suggestions on how to get back my debited money

You have to mail them to get the balance amount in any of your bank account by providing the cancelled cheque otherwise they will send you the DD of that amount to your registered address.

@appu66554433682 - Did you get the reason on why the account is closed? I heard that they are closing accounts with PIN codes which are non serviceable, means no bank branches exist in that area.

Yes you are right, they are closing accounts and giving reasons of non serviceable pincode. But I have there branch operating in my city

and RM is not responding also. customer care is available for only active accounts?

These guys have habit of forcefully closing accounts citing income is not in line with transaction pattern.
