The director was arrested after numerous complaints. Never got to know if that helped everyone get refunds.

It's a 2013 news. Nobody got refunds barring a few exceptions inspite of lodging FIRs. The promototers were immediately released on bail. They opened new companies to continue their fraudulent operations (Togofogo.com Zuludeal.com)
