My samsung tv remote is eating batteries like chocolate. Every month 2 batteries Eveready brand. After using new battery for 1st week, remote power button works after that power button doesn’t work untill i replace new battery.

I own duracell AAA batteries *4.. i purchased at 4-500₹ (not sure). Also i purchased a charger which costed me around 5-600₹
Purchased when my firetv remote was eating batteries like hell..
It’s been 3 years and it’s working fine..i have recharged them around 40-50 times…they have limited charging cycles so maybe it will stay for another year.
Currently using in wireless mouse and mi tv remote.
Tnx, duracell is bit costly compared to other, if you come acros any dealss, pls share.
Panasonic Eneloop. Best you can buy.
I have Panasonic Eneloop 4 AA (since 3 years) and 4AAA(since 1 year) [all made in japan] still work like the day they were bought as I use Panasonic charger with them. My friend also used these batteries for his xbox controller since 5 years and there’s hardly any difference in life span. I recently bought 8 AA amazon made in china ones for 300 rs donno how good they are
Time to buy new Tv bro
this is what i use for AA
Eneloop, purchased it 14-15 years ago before the advent of online shopping era, used it for few years then forgot about it, recently found them lying around in an old carton, charged them and using it for electric toothbrush, working well.
change the remote not battery…
any idea, why the remote power button is working with new batteries only..?
You mean HR06 type cells?
Sanyo Eneloop still working.
Sony were good too, but comparably less value for money than Kodak👌🏽).
People even buy the local Envie ones.
Maybe I am not fixated on what to buy, but I surely know which I would neither buy, nor use even if received as gifts: Duracell, AmazonBasics.
u need to replace ur remote…
