Anyway to return product in VijaySales online purchase?

I bought boAt Immortal 400 headphone from Vijaysales.com on 14-Apr. After so many follow-ups they sent me on 24-Apr but It was used product. So I sent email to [email protected] with unboxing video. Their customer care number (+91 7303434043) mentioned on website belongs to some employee and he was very rude.
I went to nearby vijaysales store and got one number of person related to online shopping and I explaing my issue to him.
He said that they are ready to give me Rs100 discount coupon which can be used on product worth Rs.1,100 or more to keep the used headphone.
but I refused to take discount coupon and asked for refund or replacement. Now 6 days are passed and they are not responding.
and person who is handing online sale has block my number. everyday i am sending email but no luck,
There is no return or similar option on their website.
Now how to handle this?

if one pay for new item and seller sent used one and seller is not ready to answer properly, the buyer will obviously feel cheated.

mail them else take it to twitter
so every day sending email.
Register these crooks number in paisabazaar, bankbaazar, etc.
What is it? sorry I am not aware of this.
I raise complain in consumerhelpline.gov.in and sent mail to VijaySales that I raise complain.
and within 30min i got call from them and they said to give headphone to nearest Vijaysales store and they will give refund.
and also sent confirmation mail.
so it means that they were reading my emails but ignoring them deliberately.
For last 8 days no mail but with this got call and email in 30min. 😀
Just today got refund after so many follow-ups, ~30 emails, facebook/twitter review, fileing grievance in consumerhelpline etc.
It took approx 1month after returning the product. also, till now no email reply received from them for my 30 emails, just 3 time i received we are looking on it. nothing else.
just beware of VijaySales.
Vijaysales is very pathetic site,no response from any teams and product got cancelled after 15 days and also deducting some 3% of product amount.
Very disappointing experience.
