Anyway to use tata neu coins for cash, gift vouchers or bill payment

I too want to and did some research, decided to buy gold/silver coins from Tanishq or Tatacliq

I do not want to order anything to any other address as Neu is blocking accounts

GV/bill payments - seems not possible

U can use 1mg/croma, air travel, many other options available too.

I tried for buying gold coin from tata cliq there is no option of nue coins redemption. In Tanishq option of nue coins available.

What would happen to the future RPs if the HDFC Neu CC linked account gets blocked?

they may continue to accumulate in blocked a/c - my guess
they may not block HDFC linked Neu except in cases of severe abuse else no one will take card

There are literally useless. My last purchase is on October on croma. However my dad's birthday was in Jan so planned to buy him a phone. However hdfc tataneu infinity Rupay card offer itself was not identified for hdfc offer. I raised a complaint and followed up with them and finally shared a screen recording as well. instead of resolving the issue they blocked my account stating suspicious activity.

So this tata neu card is permanently linked to the acc from where it is issued & if that tata neu acc is blocked then no matter where you use this card the neu coins basically can't be redeemed?

Axis Ace/FK are way easier to track CB and efficient cards
Amazon ICICI is also much better as no restrictions in redemption, bill pay ..etc available
Neu coins - they should have allowed for bill payments at some less rate at least

Did you use your HDFC Tata Neu CC on multiple Neu accounts?
Have you filed any complaints since then, or was that their final verdict?

Showing neucoins able to login but at redeem it shows can't be redeemed.

Didn't use tataneu cc on tataneu app at all. All the spends that i did were  non-tata brand purchases.

Not even sure if RBI Ombudsmen can really help here against Tata.

Looks like going to consumer court is the only option left.

Out of the 15k coins.. 1499 is of joining fees and some 3k are for card spends on non tata brands.. the other 12k are from old transactions before I got the card. I have not used the tatneu card on tataneu app yet. These are all old transactions. Not used the card on tataneu at all.

I think that 12k coins might be the reason for your acc blocking as that mean spends of around 2.4 lakh which can definitely trigger AI system to take a deeper look at your acc usage pattern. How did you manage to put up such a total anyway? Was it mainly expensive mobiles or multiple orders of AC/TV/Fridge etc for friends/relatives?

Total of 9 orders.. 3 headphones, 1 fridge and 1 other electronic. 4 were phones, 3 were for me and my family and 1 was for a friend.
