ou can apply for pan card in online for allotment of new permanent account number, if permanent account number is not allotted to the applicant, or Reprinting of duplicate pan card, when the applicant has lost or damaged pan card, or If the applicant wishes to make any correction in pan card details, i.e spelling correction in applicant name, updating applicant address details etc. or Change in pan card details i.e changing the sur name after marriage, changing the applicant name as per gazette notification etc can apply for correction or change in pan card

On filling the pan application form, the PDF of the pan application form can be downloaded from their respective customer dashboard, and it should be printed in white A4 paper only.

Applicant should affix his/her latest individual color photograph which is straight faced with plain background, and the pan application should be signed appropriately in three specified position with black ink pen only. For minor applicant the pan application should be signed by their respective representative assessee only i.e. father or mother or guardian etc and the same can referred in the demo page for further instruction such do’s and don’ts, signature demo etc.

Applicant proof of document such as copy of identity proof, date of birth proof and address proof in applicant name etc should be enclosed along with the signed pan application form and it should be sent to our postal address for further processing of your pan application.
