I have applied for SBI BPCL Octane card, and the application asked for physical verification. The agent came home with no octane normal card application. I told him I have applied for Octane card, he said that I will get a call from customer care and I can tell them that I wanted Octane card.
Today received the virtual card ( non octane) and SMS that the card has been dispatched.
my fuel spending will be around 6k per month. it will be more when doing road trips (occasional road trips like 2-3 per year.)
what should I do?
