IndusInd Credit card customer care says rejected, but had home visit and verification call?? whats going on?

Hello Dimers

Following things I gone through

1) hmm on 5th evening I have applied IndusInd Credit card and finished vkyc

2) and on 6th morning i got vkyc email again and when i checked it dont have any vkyc link so i emailed indusind bank

3) and on 7th morning i got reply from email i sent to indusind bank as rejected they said on their reply

4) on and 7th evening i got home verification done by indusind bank agent and they told that they dont know the status of credit card

5) and on today 8th morning i sent out reply email asking clarification to indusind and auto reply asked 3 days to wait for reply 

6) and today 8th evening in the mean while i received call from IndusInd for confirming my details for credit card and I asked finally is it approved???, they told that its in process

so what really is going on in my credit card application?

I want to figure out this quest of IndusInd credit card 

any one please comment on what to do next? i mean simply wait (no other choice I guess) ???

is it rejected or in progress??
