So,

I had pre-offer of PL in my icici bank account.

please suggest me things i need to take care of while applying, also if any one had good idea or experience please guide me.. i am choosing tenure for 36 months.

Like processing fees , interest rates , is it possible to pre-close ?

Make sure to negotiate on processing fees can be waived except stamp duty, also confirm if interest rate is reducing or not negotiate there as well do not take anything over 12%
