applying bajaj finserv card online ?

They are asking 530 rupees to pay online for card activation fee ,which can be refunded on your first EMI transaction .
So I have two doubts
1.will they deliver physical card to the address or online digital card ?
2 . Is there any manual charge for EMI card except this 530 rupees online ?
