Has anyone tried to upgrade their cc to fk axis through Axis bank app and got ltf, even though its showing charges (Joining and Annual) in App?

I applied. They said since i don’t have a surname, they cant process it further.

The strange thing is that I am already an Axis neo cc customer for the last 4 years and during the application process of Neo, verification was done manually. But now when i try to apply through the website, they are saying V-KYC cant be done because of not having a surname. So now the only option left for me is to upgrade through App. But in app, its showing charges currently for Flipkart cc

I upgraded my cc through the app, but they are charging me joining and renewal fees. Should i cancel it (Flipkart Axis cc) later this year or keep it since its benefits outweigh its con.
