Hello dimers
I opened an account in canara bank as it was nearby my home in nov 2021
Bank without my consent opened Atal pension Yojana account in which a monthly amount of ₹42 is being deducted
I submitted an application for voluntary exit on December first week 2022
Since then they are just saying ki "humne form aage pahucha Diya hai an hum kuch nahi kar sakte"
I even contacted customer care they are of no help constantly saying contact branch
I want to close this account as debit card charges are too high and due to other reasons...
Can't close that until apy amount is settled
Is there anyone who has faced same how to tackle that ?
