didn’t check much, but https://www.eurekaforbes.com/water-purifiers/aquasure-shield-ro-uv-mp-mtds for the RO + UV + MP + MTDS.. even the naming convention is marketing gobbledygook.
adding a layer of confusion evil to the consumer.

the “MP”, membrane protection, is too ambiguous and obscure in what it does.
I can’t say with authority, however both models seem fundamentally same in their efficiency.
maybe some features or capacity difference.
the polymer used for body and consumables have got to interchangeable/ same.

if water is relatively safe (off chemical impurities, industrial/normal sewage)
and IF growing kuds are there, we personally prefer water filteration that’s not removing resolved salts.

no one knows the long term effects of water with artificially added salts.
(in U.S.A., fluoride added in municipal water eventually messed up the teeth/bodies of Adults. they had to bring in laws: no more than X%).

who know how our bodies process or accumulate artificially added salts.

also, on the Eurekaforbes site link (given above in this comment) the technical specifications are hilariously restrictive.
how sure can we be of the source water having less than 0.3 mg iron and less than 0.2mg chlorine per litre?
the very nature of zero ease of use and laziness to clean the sludge in the tanks, makes us despise any purifiers with storage.
even when we regularly used the water dispenser for warm water (15 litre water bubble/bottle on top)
the actual holding tank, when opened up in 15-18 days would have slimy walls or residue in it)

between these two, doesn’t seem much technical difference.
we (and pets too) with evolution are now used to and have high tolerance to most chemicals and even things like cyanide (bitter almonds hawa it) are excreted out of the body if within limits.
our bodies don’t really need distilled water.
on the contrary, we are better off with dissolved salts in it.

All these ro purifiers will give tds around 25-40…..which is not good for health, better look for other alternative.।।। I have livepure ro, and personally realised that these all have become business now, I called the service to increase tds, engineer telling me change the membrane, tds will increase, I complaint and finally managed to get him set the tds around 90.

u can set TDS by yourself. i kept at 80. it’s nothing like RO has 25-40 tds

Understand first, their technician will deliberately not increase the tds, they say the motor inside may get burnt.।। They want the tds to be set low.।। I know it can be done ourself but why to when the product is in warranty.

Incresing TDs has no connection with motor. It is just mechanical thing. If u increase TDs then few more volume of water will enter directly into bucket without going through filtering process. I forced them to set at 80 and they did. I will make it to 110. They will force u low because u need to change filter more frequently if u set low so they are clever and just do for mobey
