when i trying to recharge 153rs jiophone plan on jio website this error is appearing

update:- jio has disabled the availability of jiophone’s plans on my number on the jio android app, and on the official jio website. i still getting jiophone plans availability on jiophone’s inbuilt myjio (kaios) app, but there is no option to use talktime balence for recharge. only debit/credit card, upi, paytm & net banking options are available.. 😢😢😢

firstly, i bought *******367 jio sim and i used it on smartphone. after some days i bought jiophone f120b. jiophone came with the jiophone’s sim *******347. i removed *******347 sim from jiophone and inserted my primary sim *******367 in jiophone. i am using 153rs plan since long time. but today, first time i am shocked by facing above error problem… 😨

Once I was busy and the plan was over. By mistake recharged with some jio phone plan of around 400 or 500. Raised a ticket but they refused to do anything. I know my mistake. Now I always recharge from third party recharge websites.

@161508 జియోఫోన్‌లో జియోసిమ్ ఉన్నప్పటికి కూడా మైజియో ఆండ్రాయిడ్ యాప్‌లో, అలాగే జియో వెబ్‌సైట్‌లో జియోఫోన్ రీచార్జి ప్లాన్స్ చూపించడంలేదు. ఒకవేళ చూపించినా పైన చెప్పిన ఎర్రర్ వస్తోంది… జియోఫోన్‌లో ఉండే మైజియో యాప్ ద్వారా ప్రయత్నిస్తే 153rs రీచార్జి సక్సెస్ అయింది కాని రీచార్జి చేయడానికి టాక్‌టైమ్ బ్యాలెన్స్ ఆప్షన్ రావట్లేదు. యూపీఐ పేమెంట్ చేసి 153rs రీచార్జి చేసా.
