Are u getting 5g signals and speed?

My mom got that sms even on her 4g phone. Airtel is trying to scam a lot of people.

Device   - Samsung33 5G  ( Bought and received on 4th Oct )

Until 7th Oct  -   5G Handset - Okay

                       5G Software - Not Okay - says needed software update

on 8th Oct    Suddenly without any software update started getting 5G signal.

Speeds   ; Inside the apartment 20Mbps to 40 Mbps                        

                   on the Balcony   190Mbps to 200Mbps
