not got hdfc platinum dc points for cc bill paid on billpay recently…abt 6 days passed…can some one confirm if points are getting delayed?

also redeemed points hv not credited after 3 days …whats happening?

I think server was down for some days.. I tried to redeem between 20-22 but it always errored out.. redeemed yesterday. Since redemption was not working, I think even accrual was not..

Goto cards section on NetBanking, under debit cards section select enquiry.. enquire and redeem reward points .. now select card and see points
