Assam govt to allow only liquor sale from 13th april along with groceries keeping all other things closed as state need fund to run and liquor gives funds for state to run

Assam Government has allowed the opening of retail liquor outlets from April 13. The notification states that all liquor shops shall remain open from 10am to 5:00pm on the permitted days, and follow social distancing.
As state is under considerable financial stress so only liquor sale can help get some revenue for state .
Yes all those who need to buy liquor or comes to shop after in drunk state have to maintain social distance at any cost .
