You need to get registered for the auctions with MSTC.
Only Custom Auctions/Tenders - Rs. 5000+Tax
All Auctions - Rs. 10,000+Tax
They will issue ID Card, using which you can physically inspect the auction items at their respective locations.
They do auction in lots, i.e. If they have 100 iPhone, then all 100 will be auctioned together. You can't bid for 1 piece. Besides they have deposit and other terms as well. Which may vary auction to auction.
