After successful payment, page refresed and was showing log out. When I signed in it showi the message and send another one to email at the exact time.

And by my statement on previous post, it meant that I did not get any email regarding misuse before the surprise closure. 

Considering most users are either super active shoppers or resellers here,can't agree on your 'Avoiding Amazon' stand without a clear view.

They closed the account due to misuse. I have seen some people abusing cart quantity on sale prices, high returns, double replacements,reselling mobile phones during sales, huge credit rotations, CC to bank, ....; if you thing you're not one of them then you can mail directly to jeff.

So at the time of login it said account misuse?
They did not refund for cancelled orders and apay money too @getready

Nobody in my family tree is related to shopkeeper business, the question of reselling doesn't count. I only order how much I want for 4-6 moths usage so I purchase bigger refill packet of items I need.

I just talked about this with my friends and I find this menace is not present in other amazon branches except their crappy packaging is becoming universal.

Amazon as a company or jeff has the one of largest funds in the world and yet they're not doing anything regarding resellers detection or fake products circulation or abuse on wage earners. 

I have contacted on phone and email and I'm shut down with the same message (not one letter is different). I doubt jeff is involved personally with his Indian branch.

Previously, I've heard such moves done by flipkart especially regarding phone buyers and jiomart would not refund and had no customer service helpline. I started hearing about amazon from a few moths back, wasn't accepting that I'll be experiencing it too. This was a sinister move done by them and I'm not going to buy nor encourage anyone to buy from it.

And about your personal feelings, feel free to buy from wherever you want. I'm just stating my own awful experience (just like other flipkart/jio/tatacliq/nnnow customers did) and a warning to other potential victims. I don't think it's a crime to do that.

Yes. I've put the amount as irrecoverable bad debts of this year and moved on.

The thieves in amazon can keep my 3000 as daan to them.

You can easily create account using same mobile number... But u will have to use different email....

pursue them in Consumer Court and demand 5x, 10x. Unless you've something up your sleeves, you should get your money back!

Indian courts takes ages to solve cases. I've personally seen what and how local high courts  operate and lawyers are all money sucking thugs. For 3k, I don't want to waste my time and extra money on this judiciary circus.

P.S. lodge a complaint 2 years ago, got a hacker trying to fool me in downloading a shady app to help me get refund. And 0 follow up from any consumer court agent.

Maybe because of multiple accounts.

Don't do such things with the amazon ID which has Apay ICICI card attached to it.

But what will happen then? It doesn't have cashback/bill recharge offers like before and packaging quality has detoriated, not worth like it was before. 

I already have my main account which I'm not going to use anymore. Cleared my wallet balance for peace of mind and closed the account today.

Thugs are thugs, (not referring to the person I replied) I was referring to the lawyer (and his partners in crimes) whose parents, siblings took so much help including financial help from my grandparents and parents and I found out how much money he overcharged when I and my dad went to another lawyer for side consultation! He was also scarring my mom and fleeced money over the same problem!

Also by large quantity, I mean larger packet! You know how there's 75 ml coconut oil from the same company along with 100 ml, 200 ml, 300 ml to 1 ltr? Right?

I purchase EACH larger packet of 1 ltr coconut oil,  pack of 3 domex, 6 or 8 kg detergent powder box instead of smaller size packets so that I don't have to think about grocery shopping for a few months. NOT buying several packets of larger quantities, I'm not a hoarder.

I really don't understand what law you're talking about on buying ONE bigger size pack of items I need for PERSONAL USE at home from amazon retail. How is that illegal in the world. 

What's the point of having a main account and secondary one with amazon? These multiple accounts don't pose imminent risk but once one of your account gets flagged for whatever reason, all these factors (multiple accounts, order history, returns/replacements) come into play.

You can mail bezos / ecr team if you think there's nothing wrong at your end. I've talked to a couple these customer relations exectives and most of them are very knowledgeable and understanding (Since the account is not closed, they might still offer you refund or let you use the wallet balance)

Made secondary account to get cashback on recharge, gas and bill payment. Since such offer are only once per account. Since those offers are stopped now, its not worth for me to make another account.

You can use family member accounts for the same (Create account, get KYC done & install app on their devices). Using multiple accounts on same device can be a liability under specific circumstances (Like account getting flagged)

Do file a complaint on consumer forum online. They will help definitely.

there is nothing like peace of mind with amazon
They still can access ur orders / account , this will just show u error that account does not exist , but amazon still have access to all the locked / closed accounts.
They store all ur data in their systems 
There is no way to delete account permanently 😜

It just means some data free in my phone memory and I won't be tempted to buy from amazon even by mistake ☺️

And about data storing.. google and facebook (deactivated years ago) have more knowledge about me then my parents and even myself ☹️
