Last month i placed an order in jiomart when 9rs kg onion deal came i placed whole grocery need order.

To my surprise after somedays the order was marked as delivered. I called customer care almost 15 times but no resolution is provided.

Also sometimes they just cut call directly when you ask refund.

Check there twitter page whole complaint is regarding they are marking order as delivered without delivering.

So dimers save your money, to save some bucks you may lose whole money. Stay away from Jiomart

Just use cod in case their is good deal as I have seen many threads regarding incomplete order and not delivered. wink

Different experience for different regions
Mine was good till now, apart from items unavailability. No issues.

I have posted here after calling 15 times and more than 20 mails. It happend with me it can happen with you even. I lost my money its been 1 month so this thread is to save other dimers from facing same torture experience.

Great experience so far with delivery or products. Yes refund is a problem, received after 12 days. So better order on COD. Customer care barely exists and reply at snail pace.

It was my first order paid whole amount using google pay to avoid covid cash exchange risk.. i never thought of facing such issue from jio

No reason to not think Reliance is a company of deception, lies and cheating. The younger brother cheated the whole country and don’t know where all that money went magically and no one is bothered. Maybe because it was sent to the elder brothers companies and later the yngr brother might get a share. The entire ADAG is wiped out in a decade and incompetency might not be the only reason. Wait for JIO to wipe out voda/idea/BSNL and it will be dominated only by them (Airtel will be like their pet dog) pricing the way they want.

can u see the invoice in the website/app in orders section …the address and phone number of the store which serviced your order should be mentioned there try calling the number or as a last resort physically visit the store and talk/yell at the manager wink

Hmmmm…they send delivery code after shipment to avoid conflict. But delivery guy never ask those code.
I placed few orders on COD just to check service. Service was great at least in my area. Placed paid order to avail paytm CB, here I faced refund issue only.

I made a blunder today.. I was in a meeting while the order came.. It was COD, paid full amount, half of the order is missing and now delivery boy not picking..
Lost 600rs. No hopes of reaching out to JIO CC as they for sure never pick up calls\

Any suggestions if the amount can be recovered ?

Bro u can call to customer care 1800 890 1222 ,but definitely they won’t resolve it soon,but they will resolve very lately, in my case one of my order is damaged so I raised complaint but after 2 days they called me and replaced me the damaged product

As we speak, its been 53 mins on call with the same support number..

Missing stuff is normal in JioMart, If the item is not there in the Bill you’re not charged for it. It might be there in the Orignal order, but you would’ve not been billed for it. So verify the Bill vs your Order and then come to the conclusion whether the money is lost.

I got one refund after 3 months, other one still pending after hordes of mail written
They have No Idea of financial transaction, as cheap employees in customer service, which is reliance trademark, saste logo se hum mnc banayenge(make a world class company by cheap customer service)
