Hi Dimers,

Quick info needed from Gpay Axis Ace card users, what is the billing cycle for it?

Also, when does the first cashback statement come?

I got the card on 12th Aug & till now haven’t seen any cashbacks in my account. Please let me know..Thanks!

Bill is generated on 15th every month and cashback is credited for previous month 3 days before the bill generation. So, for 16th aug to 15th September spending, you will get the cashback on 12th October.

I read somewhere on google that axis cc carry a fixed date for bill generation and you can’t even change it. So it must be same for all. While in icici you can change ur billing cycle as per ur wish. I have changed my Apay cc billing cycle multiple times but no such option in axis.

Ok, even HDFC told me that I can not change my billing date and I scolded them in email after a week got email that I can change my billing date, eventually changed after 1 month. Funny thing is I got more than 60 days time in that cycle, as they directly billed on new date which was 10-12 days away from old date
ICICI is very good in these things, every thing online, even I changed dates for Platinum and ApayCard to same day

Date can be changed for both Axis and HDFC. (customer can choose from some fixed dates. eg HDFC allows 28th as date but not 29 or 30 of the month)
I had changed date for all my cards and had similar experience with Axis/HDFC where in my 1 cycle was like 45-50 days

ICICI is good as it allows user to change it online

Bro can you tell why limit doesn’t increase even after credit entry showing in to cc statement. Paid via MOBI upi. I had to email cc both times. 🤒

ICICI takes time sometimes esp ApayICICI, I think it treats payment also as some unbilled txn and takes a while to process it like 1-2 days(esp payment is from Mobikwik)

My statement has been generated but have not received any mail for this month. Any way to see the cashback details without mail statement?

It is mentioned on this link that you can’t change billing date for axis ace

yes, conflicting answers in the thread, will test it out, calling axis bank and see if it’s possible.

reply for axis customer support
“We do not have option to change billing cycle for Ace credit card as it is related to cash back credit card.”
Cashback is credited on the 12th, which is fixed, hence they are not changing the billing cycle.
