I applied online on 18-11-20 and was given a tracking number. Status showed in process. On 20-11-20 I received call for document collection in tab on card to card bases. Around 3PM agent collected my documents and at 6-15PM I received SMS for” thanks for applying and will receive update within 7 days”
I immediately checked status with tracking ID and it was showing declined. I called agent and she said you will get update on text message.
Next day I received verification call but status always showed declined.

its been more than 2 weeks, in website it says in process, i dont know anymore.. even 2020 websites are shit

No. Myzone /NEO were offered LTF in the past. They were kind of waste cards so never bothered.

Yesterday my uncle applied for this card .. received an SMS with tracking no.. But d tracking shows nothing.. Here is d tracking no C1-00000010828031-C1.. can you guys help me to track it @guest_999 @rohit_agarwal

You don’t need Application number… Enter PAN and Mobile number combination to track application.

Their website is weird, the tracking doesn’t work properly…… I tried for 2-3 days…. With application number and with pan and Mobile combo as well….. However rec’d message from bluedart that my card will be delivered today

Never tried axis bank tracking but from whatever I have read about their axis flipkart card comments here it seems like their tracking system is not so good. Also usually it takes 2-3 days for any new application to get proper tracking in most banks’ system.

That’s ok.. But it’s not showing any results.. Like no records found..r incorrect details even if v enter incorrect pan n mobile no..

It will show no records found until the application is entered into the system which itself takes 2-3 days at least.

And after December, Joining fees is also zero if you spend 10k within 45days.

Just do rent payment to your family member through cred. For 10k you have to pay 10155 and you will get 203 cashback grin

Most probably slow processing, axis bank is not exactly known for their customer care support. I once went to an axis bank branch where the acc opening guy took my number & told me the card guy will call but never did & I forgot about it & then the card guy finally called after weeks have passed.
