Today I paid my electricity bill on Google pay via axis ace credit card but 12 rupees convenience was added in that amount that was just ₹1300 and that is too much

gpay offering 1000rs scratch card on delivery.. should I apply for this, and not activate?

1% fee is added on gpay itself
