Axis and Indusind CC to wallet Load charges

Hello Dimers,
Now from this month November, Indusind and Axis will charge 1% + GST on whole amount if exceeds 20K and 10K respectively in wallet load.
Also, please share if any other banks is doing the same.

Does 20K limit apply at customer ID level or we can load 20K by primary and 20K by add-on cards too?

It says cumulative spend, so must be at customer ID level.
