Axis Available credit limit not updated after payment

Paid some outstanding amount partially to place another order using Cred (instant settlement) in my Flipkart Axis card yesterday night 11:30pm and the outstanding balance got reduced but "available credit limit" is still the same. Any idea how long it would take for "available credit limit" to increase?

Can't remember if this has always been the case but when i cleared my dues on Sep 21, both "Total outstanding" & "Available credit limit" got updated instantly

Same here, wanted to buy a laptop for a friend, contacted cc via chat, she told me to wait for 4 hours, but still same issue, just now contacted cc again, reply I got: We sincerely regret the inconvenience caused to you. Owing to a technical glitch, the available limit are not updated. Our concern team working on it. Please retry using your card after 24 hours.

u have to talk to customer care, they will manually refresh ur available limit, no other method will help u.....do not wait just call axis credit card customer care.

Just called customer care and they are saying that there is some backend issue going on which is impacting all users since yesterday night and it will take 24hours for the issue to get resolved. If I call them back again after 24hrs if the issue is not resolved, I'm pretty sure they will repeat the same things LOL

if the issue is from their side then it will be solved automatically, no need to worry, but in my case, it was not been updated for 14 days then I had to make a call to customer care to enhance my available credit limit and she immediately refreshed my credit limit then it started showing the actual limit

Yes,It is instantly reflected if paid via CRED/Paytm!

Mine 1000 credit adjustment pending since 40 days. 😂 still today my available credit  limit showing 1000 less. Axis fk card is having backend issue from pretty long time.

Payments were credited instantly but available credit limit was not updated. It is now fixed
