Will I get offer to increase my limit if I didn’t tick ‘opt for limit enhancement’ when applying for CC ?

This was my first credit card and it was offered LTF. I thought it would charge me if I opt for credit limit enhancement. So I didn’t tick it.

I got LE after 18 months on Flipkart axis card, right after my utilisation went to less than 1%
