Does anyone know how to get an axis bank credit card without a surname? I am being denied a credit card because I am not having one.

I don’t have a surname in any of my documents. Also I already have an axis bank neo credit card. I want to upgrade it to flipkart card to avail ltf.

Even if it matches, axis asks for both first and second name. Same happened with brother when he applied last time with single name.
