Axis Bank Credit Card SMS legit?

I’ve received a text from “CP-NSTEXT” about being pre-approved of Axis Bank Credit Card and I’m really skeptical about the source of the text. Is this legit source? or will this redirect me to a fake axis bank page to extract my info?

I have a axis bank account and in the app when I click “Pre-approve Offers” it showed nothing until 3 days ago and now they have updated the app and the pre-approved section no longer exists.

I’ve actually used a old phone and opened the link and it redirects me to Axis Bank’s credit card application page.

These are 3rd party agents spamming for axis card applications.

Better apply directly from axis site. If offer was pre approved then sms must be from bank directly. They don’t share potential customer to third parties.

No it’s sent by third party mostly agents to sell cards to meet their target. Whenever banks or big registered companies send messages, they use our mobile operator network like VM-AxisBank, here V stands for Vodafone operator code M for Maharashtra. You can Google operator message codes, state codes. The above message was sent through internet like we used to send messages by way2sms. Ignore the messages it might be thug to cheat you.
