previously, was easily avilable to upgrade via call but nowadays they stopped this service..
still you can try, call them and ask for it
other option is check wheather it is showing in apply now option in axis app..
if none of above then you can apply fresh either on airtel app or offline

Not the correct way . You will get sucked up. I am already a victim of that. I have used more than 3 lac but sum comes less than 2 lac and they denied annual fees reversal.
