Axis Bank delaying Credit Card statements every month!

Last month was my first bill. Statement generation date is 15th of every month but I received the statement on 19th. This time they say I will get by 21st of this month. Are they delaying every month ? Others banks send the statement maximum by the next day :>

Nah I think in the app it shows correctly on the same day.
nothing new for me same issue sbi simply click every month statment genrate date 15 of every month but recived 19&20 it’s same last 2 year but nothing complaint about its bank nothing new for happened 😢 try your best 😜

Nah. I just think they don’t have the proper IT capability of sending hundreds of thousands of statements on time.
I dont understand,why it delays E-mail Statement of CREDIT CARD Bill should be Automated,it should send on the Statement Date only. Why some people saying bank holiday,😝bhai holidays logo ko hota hai Machines ko nahi

So that you cannot use it for c2c application
Wahi to. Everytime they say that due to some technical problems. there is a delay in generating statements. I mean they already update on the app and net banking on the same day of bill generation date, then just do the automation and automatically send the email as soon as app and net banking is updated :facepalm:
I am closing FD Based ICICI Platinum CC Next month,its been nearly 1.4years i used CC.
On basis of that i also received AMAZON PAY CC!
Now,wanted ICICI CC not Co-branded will maintain Good Balance and will wait for months ,well i have ICICI MINE ACCOUNT

I rely on statement to clear payment and settle the bill . Since the statement came late(today) and my due date was 15-March . I missed the payment and a penalty along with interest has been charged on my credit card
Please suggest who should i approach for the reversal of the charges and late payment fine along with GST.

Can anyone help me what to do now?
Today’s statement is for 15th April Due Date .
For 15th march due date , statement came last month in Feb

Yes, late every month.
This month, statement generation and email delivery was 2 days earlier than usual. I received on 17th.
call them and ask for duplicate ,, seems they want the customers to call and earn by 1860
did that, but still didn’t receive the statement.
Same is the issue with app as well ?
