Hello. EDGE reward points for my credit card are not being updated automatically. Everytime I have to mail customer care to update it. This started to happen after I blocked and replaced my card after I lost it. Any help ?
I also had this issue for 2 months until last month. I think Axis in general was facing some issue. Now they seem to have updated properly. Getting points for last month transactions within a week.
Looks like Axis's tech is as bad if not worse than HDFC.
I am also not getting points for my debit card transactions
Same problem..Starting from June month not Received rewards points for Online rewards debit card.. Showing zero points..Used to get points for Paytm wallet. Did they update the T& C?

Axis bank removed so may MCC for reward point accurals. So we can dump Online rewards debit.😌
