already checked there is nothing in my acc

Gift voucher is usaully added to the account associated with your number

is there a period of 24 hours or something like that for GV to show up ?

No, it adds instantly.
Try that link thru desktop and see if that helps

tried desktop on your suggestion but same thing happened again

I don’t know full story but my guess is that link is just a redirect link to flipkart. It doesn’t contain GC. Maybe axis will provide code to redeem

I think axis email and flipkart acc email should be same.
It shows email in transaction history after adding gv via link provided in sms.

How much time does it take to get Flipkart GV after usage of card?

I am using flipkart credit card. After my first payment still i didn’t received 500 rs voucher.Whenever i call customer care support. They say please check your message. We have sent voucher link. But no messages. I am getting every messages from Axis bank but not the voucher message

Is this Flipkart Master or Visa Card? If its Visa Card, offer is not available now.

Different case with me. Today received a link regarding 500 voucher in inbox. When opened it redirects to Flipkart app with an error that this gift card is already linked with another account. I have same mobile no. and email id with both parties. Don’t know axis gave me a used code or what. 

Login to your Flipkart account and then go to my account and then check the amount of 500 rupees at My Cards and Wallet

Add it through website then it will work

I received the link for Flipkart voucher but when I click and link it redirects me to Flipkart app and then "error loading page content not found" page appears and cannot do anything further, also tried on pc but same thing appears, When called they sent me same link again which gives same problem, when mailed they something say backend problem or try after some days or again send the same link.....if anyone knows what to do then please reply
