Axis Bank Flipkart Credit Card - Documents Collected Long Back

After I applied for Axis Bank Flipkart Credit Card through Flipkart android app, I received application reference number. On Flipkart app I scheduled document collection time.
Documents were collected by an agent one day before the scheduled time. Thereafter I got application number via SMS which number was different from the application No. I had earlier. Since then about 30 days have passed but nothing is heard from Axis bank, nor the agent giving any response. What to do?
Any email address for axis bank credit card division?
