Hi, is there any axis gold credit card that offers upto 20% cash back. I received call from Axis Bank (Card fraud as per truecaller) that I am eligible for Axis Bank gold credit card offering 20% discount/cash back.
On asking what documents are required, she replied last 8 digits of your existing credit card. I have doubt about authenticity of the call and asked her to call later. I googled for axis gold credit card and found that Axis Bank issues some variant of debit card called gold debit card but I found nothing about gold credit card.
Do Axis Bank gold credit card really exists or has anyone also received such calls or more importantly, is it a scam?
UPDATE:- Received call again. It was indeed a fraud call, as I was asked about the card detail as well as EXPIRY and CVV. Sharing mob no. 8881970012 from which received the call. The call disconnected when I say you are making a fraud.
Where can I report such frauds? And why can’t Police track these people and take action against them?
I always ask them about some of my account details like account number, PAN etc which normally others don’t have access.
This call does seem like fraud. CC usually asks last 4 digits only. Although, I don’t know what fraud can be done with 8 digits also without OTP/CVV.
Mostly they are scam..I also got such offer.. they showed me some 3-4 offer

Few months back, got the same call about Axis gold credit card which gives flat 20% instant off on online transactions. 
They asked my existing card number, expiry date and CVV for verification. Obviously it’s fraud call.

after sharing card details they will ask for CVV and then OTP 😄

I once got call similar call regarding my axis credit card , asking colour of my card
I said i don’t have it as I am out of station and it will take 15 days or so
They were offering some credit card
Caller girl awaited exactly after 15 days
I knew it was fraud
How doesh she come to know I posses axis cc in first place
Axis bank must be leaking data or employees are becoming rogue
Whenever anyone called you, ask them to send brochure to your mail from his / her official mail and ask them to call after 1-2 days to check offer details.
All frauds will stay away from you
