I have noticed a lot of bad reviews of axis bank in the finance forum in the recent past -

Just learnt that Axis bank has decided to block all rental payment websites for transactions using Axis credit card. ie; Freecharge, Nobroker, PayTM, Magicbricks etc won't work for rent payments henceforth. Time to ditch Axis credit card.

Yes, Axis bank has blocked all the rent payments through NoBroker, CRED, Paytm, Housing, Magic bricks.
When contacted the support they said Rent payments transactions are listed to be blocked for security reasons.

Currently rent payment received is not showing as income in AIS, may be this could be the reason

I have 2 axis cards.. both are not working for rent payments….
Customer care said Rent payments stoped by the Bank..
At the same time Axis Bank giving 500 Cashback on Cred for rent payments..
Not able to understand this rubbish policy
