Soon other banks will also follow. They want to first force people to have a single account only for all txn and close all secondary accounts. Then they will charge for everything and tax for everything. 

In Axis, are salary account holders also required to maintain this min balance or are they zero balance accounts?

Can you opt not to get a physical debit crd and thus not pay annual fees? Which accounts allow this?
