Axis Bank is reducing the number of lounges accessible through its credit cards from June 1, 2023:

Lounge access is no longer provided at any international terminals within the country.

I haven't been to much international flights but isn't domestic t2 at Mumbai same as int t2 mum? Same with domestic t3 and int t3 in Delhi. 

I believe the same case in Bangalore which earlier had only one t1 for both dom and int. 

So maybe it's just a terminology case.
